Independent filmmaking demands constant decision-making and resilience, and this workshop creates a structured pause to step back, reflect on the past year, and refocus on what matters most. Through guided reflection and practical strategy exercises, participants will clarify their priorities, identify what’s working, and decide where to direct their time and energy next, whether advancing a project, strengthening their professional practice, stabilizing workflow, or making space for creative development, leaving with a clear, actionable plan for the year ahead.
